The center mounted steering wheel allows either passenger to steer – steers like a car, not a confusing stick handle. The direct drive paddle wheel is specially designed for greater speed with easier pedaling. Kay Pedal Cruiser fiberglass pedal boats have marine-grade chromed handles and a resilient vinyl molding.
